Insurance firm to relocate HQ after purchase of SouthPark building for $11.3M

LPA CP SouthPark LLC, affiliated with real estate firm Lat Purser & Associates and insurer Consolidated Planning, purchased the three-story, 54,125-square-foot office building at 6115 Park South Drive.
