Kickbacks, kids and health care: Austin-area patient recruiter pleads guilty in health care fraud case

A Cedar Park man has pleaded guilty over allegedly receiving kickbacks from doctors by using his position with an emergency shelter for youths removed from their homes in order to steer the youths to the doctors' practice to receive treatment.
