$9M Grandview Heights development lined up for tax incentive

Grandview Heights city council is expected to vote tonight on a tax incentive for the 1123 Goodale Blvd. project nearing completion and soon to be home to development group Brexton Construction LLC. The $9 million mixed use-project on the southwest corner of Goodale Boulevard and Copeland Road has been in the works for a year and a half.
