Pennsylvania joins 14 other states to challenge EPA delay of smog rules

The states asked for a review under the Clean Air Act of the extended deadline for the ozone regulations for a year in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., against the EPA and EPA Director Scott Pruitt.
