Chinese dairy reportedly advances competing bid for U.S. organic yogurt giant Stonyfield

China’s largest dairy is in talks to buy America’s No. 1 organic yogurt company, Stonyfield Farm, for about $850 million, the New York Post has learned. That’s a rival bid to the one offered by Dean Foods for the Danone-owned Stonyfield.
