He concluded that Nations, Institutions and individuals can prosper beyond any measure if they had insights despite the uncertainties in the short, medium and long term. He commended the new monetary policies championed by Mr Mark Carney of the Bank of England and called on the chancellor. He provided the analysis of the reduction in interest rate, quantitative easing and buying of bonds.
