Kellogg shares tumble 4 percent after Kraft-Heinz deal rumors squashed

Kellogg shares fell more than 4 percent Wednesday after rumors of a deal between the company and Kraft-Heinz were deemed "not likely" in the near term, sources close to the company told CNBC.
