All employees participated in a month-long series comprised of eight separate inspirational and informative presentations hosted by some of the leading thinkers in the area of diversity, as well as some of sport and television’s most popular personalities who brought a unique perspective to how a diverse workforce can improve the effectiveness of teams.
The Women’s Business Group is a strategic, business-driven initiative to integrate, encourage and promote career development for women. It aims to provide women with the advice and support to help them maximise their potential, foster professional and business relationship building, and help the firm retain and promote its best female talent.
