SunEdison Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) and TerraForm Power Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP) successfully syndicated the $280 million 7 year term loan facility of TerraForm Private Warehouse. Shares of SunEdison rose 75 cents to $14.10 while TerraForm Power stock climbed $1.83 to $26.02.
