Terry’s Ford of Peotone is celebrating the Chicago Bears Training Camp with an event at Brickstone Brewery on August 6.
PRLog - July 24, 2015 - PEOTONE, Ill. -- On August 6, the Kick-off Camp — sponsored by both Terry’s Ford of Peotone and the Chicago Sun-Times — will allow local football fans to participate in an evening dedicated to all things Bears. Chicago and Manteno locals who would like to attend the Kick-off to Camp need only buy a ticket online and turn up at Brickstone Brewery in Bourbonnais at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 6. The doors will open at 5:15 p.m.
In attendance will be columnists Rick Telander and Rick Morrissey, along with popular sportscaster Hub Arkush. Hall of Famer Dan Hampton, a twelve-season member of the Bears from 1979 to 1990, will also be in attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the towering figures of the Chicago Bears.
Along with the refreshing craft beers and delicious food served up by Brickstone Brewery, sport fans are looking forward to the lively panel talk to be held by Telander, Morrisey, Arkush, and Hampton, who will be staying afterwards to answer additional questions and provide autographs. Tickets are available now for only $20 for children or $25 for adults, and they are expected to sell out soon.
The Chicago Bears Training Camp will be held at Olivet Nazarene University, which is also in Bourbonnais. Just a quick drive from the dealership that’s sponsoring it, this camp will provide fans in the area with a chance to come on down and see the Bears practice for free. Theme days, alumni autograph sessions, and several other events are also planned throughout the training season.
Anybody who calls themselves a fan of the Bears will be eagerly awaiting this event. It’s recommended that prospective attendees buy their tickets soon early in order to take advantage of what is sure to be a night to remember.
