The new offering will be showcased at the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference and Exposition from June 24-27 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Specifically designed for multi-unit owners, Schlage Control™ Smart Locks play a major role in providing access control for all resident entrances and common areas within a single property, while reducing time on maintenance and overall management costs.

Accessed with a simple app, each lock can be intuitively managed using a mobile device to provide accessibility for tenants.

Combining security, efficiency and style, all Schlage Control™ Smart Locks are 100 percent pickproof and bump proof. Additionally, all locks feature a BHMA Grade 2 certification, enabling them to withstand excessive force such as kicks, sledgehammer and crowbar attacks. Schlage Control™ Smart Locks can also provide visibility to past activity, time zones and audit trails that can be retrieved to assist in tracking suspicious activity. Schlage ControlTM Smart Locks are UL fire-rated, and all door levers and deadbolt paddles are ADA compliant.

Schlage Control™ Smart Locks will be shipping by the end of 2015.
