However, the bias is bullish in nearest term targeting 21.70 resistance area. Immediate support is seen at 19 area. The stock continues to trade within an ascending channel with the lower and upper boundaries at 18.81 and 24.62 respectively. Accumulation line remains high.

The stock crossed its 20-day exp moving average and the momentum indicators are attempting to turn up from oversold levels. The current rally should at least push the stock to 70c where the major resistance is. Note: The rising A/D Line shows accumulation.

Looking at the daily chart above, indicators are looking better for the stock with MACD rising above its sell signal line and RSI indicator moving up above 50% level. This stock is one for the bottom pickers. Upside volume is picking up and a rounding bottom is taking shape. Keep an eye for a possible breakout over $1.44
