The Hutch Pantry Bistro and Bar Opens in BA September 22, 2014

By: PRLog
PRLog - Sep. 21, 2014 - BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- The Hutch Pantry Bistro & Bar, Broken Arrow’s first upscale restaurant, is set to open its doors tomorrow.   The Hutch Pantry, specializing in steaks & seafood, is located at 3302 W. Kenosha Street near the intersection of 71st Street and 129th East Avenue.

Owner Cary Hutchens has been running a successful catering business in Tulsa for about four years.   “With our continued growth, this was the next natural step,” said Hutchens.  The space, which was previously occupied by Leon’s, has been under extensive remodel.  It is filled with custom warm dark walnut wood, adorned with rich copper tones, and completed with artistic faux textures on the walls.

There has been careful attention to detail in the bar.  The bar hosts a wide array of premium spirits, up to 35 wines, and 35 beers with 16 craft brews on tap.  Complete with an ice bar, unique taps, glassware, wine & craft beer flights, and blended seating, the bar at The Hutch Pantry Bistro & Bar creates a relaxed-energy, sophisticated environment.  Flat screen televisions line the bar using the “not a bad seat in the house” viewing approach.

The dining approach at the Hutch Pantry Bistro and Bar is to create an unparalleled visual and sensory experience for guests and to showcase the finest prime steak and prime seafood menu offerings.  “Our menus are backlit and orders are taken electronically with iPads which are sent directly to the kitchen”, said Ryan True, Director of Operations.  “Most of our beef is Oklahoma grown.  We  only offer Bison and Kobe beef for our burgers on the menu, except for kids' menu.   Moreover, we have a variety of seafood selections including seabass, halibut, and King Salmon, which will be flown in daily,” said True.  “Our dessert menu is made fresh in-house.”

“Many of the dishes here at The Hutch Pantry are signature and family recipes,” said Cary Hutchens.  “My Mom assisted with several of the deserts. Our price point is not as expensive as some of the upscale chains. I am just a local guy and this is a locally owned business. We appreciate fellow Tulsans with an entrepreneurial spirit and we hope to share our dream with everyone. We wanted to create an upscale, affordable concept where people could have a beautiful night out with amazing food.”

Patrons of all ages are welcome, and they have a Children’s Menu for your kids. In addition, they can accommodate large parties in either of their two banquet rooms, each of which will seat 50-75 people.  Lunch menus will be offered on the weekends with a featured Sunday brunch.  Reservations are accepted.

Grand Opening September 22, 2014 4:00 pm.  Cynthia Simmons from Tulsa Jazz will be performing live from 7-9.  Details of the grand opening and other information about The Hutch Pantry Bistro & Bar can be found on their Facebook page, facebook.com/TheHutchPantry.  For more information contact Cary Hutchens 918-913-3800 or hutchpantry@gmail.com
