He has over 25 years experience rehabbing and inspecting single and multifamily residential properties. He recently assembled articles he has written for the investment club over the last 15 years and the wisdom and experience gained rehabbing and inspecting properties for 25 years into a book: “What Investors Need to Know About Houston Houses.”
Kevin Smith is extremely qualified to speak on this subject. He has over 30 years experience in single-family residential repair, rehab and inspection; has been a RICH member since 1990 and currently is a board member; taught a Mr. Fixit Workshop for Investors for five years; is a frequent speaker and teacher in inspection, rehab and related real estate topics; is a rehab consultant for new and experienced investors; and is a former hands-on rehab contractor and real estate investor himself. He has first-hand experience and knows the ropes.
