Pfizer willing to revamp AstraZeneca takeover bid

U.S. drug maker Pfizer says it’s willing to alter the terms and structure of its proposed $106 billion takeover of AstraZeneca as the CEOs of both companies are set to appear before a U.K. parliamentary hearing.
