Universal Software Solution's Healthcare Data Management System furthers integration with A/R Allegiance Group's innovative COLLECTPlus billing software

Davison, MI, March 3, 2014 - Universal Software Solutions, the developer of the practice management dashboard Healthcare Data Management System (HDMS) today announced further integration capabilities with COLLECTPlus, an innovative software designed to help e medical equipment (HME) and durable medical equipment (DME) providers automate patient billing workflows.

This unique partnership was sealed with the goal of increasing performance and availability of both leading-edge software programs to providers across the nation. Newly implemented changes will allow providers access to both programs with a single log-in, streamlining the COLLECTPlus billing and collection process from the Healthcare Data Management System. Other changes include an automatic payment posting system and the ability to update address corrections within the system.

By tightening up integration between Universal Software Solution's Healthcare Data Management System and A/R Allegiance's COLLECTPlus, both Christopher Dobiesz, President of Universal Software Solutions, and Bruce Gehring, Vice-President of National Business Development for A/R Allegiance, agree the collaboration will increase productivity and further the provider's ability to streamline resources.

"The moment the integration between COLLECTPlus and HDMS is installed for our client, they will see immediate savings," Dobiesz said. "The entire process is automated from patient statements and collections all the way through with direct and automatic payment posting into HDMS. No longer will an operator need to touch everything - now they only need to work on exceptions."

"We are excited to be able to offer a comprehensive solution for Universal Software Systems users to help manage their private pay receivables," Gehring said. "The COLLECTPlus integration with the Universal Software Solutions system provides the user with a complete solution to efficiently manage all the activity on their private pay accounts without having to log into multiple systems or coordinate through multiple vendors. Many activities that would normally require staff members to manually post or update records in multiple systems are now done automatically through the automation we have developed with USS."
