ProShares And State Street Plan To Expand Emerging Market Lineups

This week on Wall Street, investors turned their attention to escalating tensions in the Middle East. Following reports of Syria’s government using chemical weapons against its own people, talks of a U.S.-led intervention and potential spillovers into other countries in the oil-rich region heightened investors’ concerns.
