“Ms. Baugh has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic issuers in connection with public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and SEC regulation,” says Fensterman.
Ms. Baugh’s experience with clients ranges from formation of early stage companies to counseling of established public companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including accounting, software, internet, biotech, service, manufacturing and distribution.
In addition, Ms. Baugh has experience in the formation and representation of broker-dealers and investment advisers, and in the organization and representation of private investment funds. She has also represented investment managers in the United States and overseas.
