Andrew Mason, CEO and co-founder of Groupon, has just been replaced by Executive Chairman Eric Lefkofsky and Vice Chairman Ted Leonisis will take over the new position of Office of the Chief Executive. They will serve as interim co-CEOs while they hunt for a replacement to take over permanently.
