MODEL AND PHOTOGRAPHER SHAWN EHLERS GETS GIRLS TO PUT THEIR BEST SELVES FORWARD
New York City, New York—As a top model gliding down the runways of Paris and Milan, Shawn Ehlers learned firsthand about the importance of grace and presence.
Walking and posing for superstar designers like Giorgio Armani and Donna Karan and top brands like Chanel, Gucci and Versace, Ehlers learned exactly what it takes to make it in the ultra-competitive fashion world. Her reputation as a runway-walking expert grew, and her former colleagues at Elite and Ford Models hired Ehlers to coach and mentor their younger models.
Now, after years of success in that high-gloss world, Ehlers has turned her talents to designing signature workshops that help girls present themselves in the best possible light. Through her unique, practical and fun Model Moves Boot Camp workshops, Ehlers passes on the valuable lessons she’s learned about self-confidence, body language and how to present a composed, polished persona.
“When a girl walks into a room, you notice the way they stand more than anything. Confidence comes through in the way we move, stand and hold our bodies,” notes Ehlers.
