Icahn Buys $46M Of Forest Labs Stock

Following the approval of his nominee Pierre Legault to the board of directors at Forest Laboratories (FRX) on Aug. 15, activist investor Carl Icahn bought 1,343,837 shares of the company from August 22-24 to the tune of $46,456,445, an average of $34.57 each.
