Luxury Culinary Road Trip Vacation Package Launches on East Coast

PR Log - Nov 29, 2011 - Steve Chianos and Lindsey Hoffman are excited about the launch of MVC’s first tour package.  Our Culinary Road Trips will depart from Hershey and Lancaster taking our guests on a unique culinary experience of the east coast.   8 day and 5 day tours are being offered departing on Thursdays and Saturdays twice a month.  To ensure a true culinary experience MVC has partnered with Gaynor’s School of Cooking in Pittsburg h to develop and direct the culinary element of the tours.

Camp Hill, PA – November 29, 2011 – My Vacation Companion is focused on developing a rich and fulfilling travel experience for our members and guests.  Culinary Road Trips will allow the guests to experience the diverse food culture on the east coast learning about the locals through their food. Traveling by luxury coach, guests will stay in luxury hotels, enjoy great regional meals at local restaurants and participate in hands on cooking classes learning to cook regional meals from local cooking instructors. “Limited to 36 guests, our Culinary Tours are an intimate experience designed to allow travelers to rediscover America.  Through the experience of shared meals and the joy of learning to cook together, guest will immerse themselves in the regions culture.  The way to a traveler’s heart is through their stomach.”

What is the Southern Bells Tour?  Lindsey Hoffman answered, “Our Southern Bells Tour begins in Hershey Saturday evening with a get acquainted cocktail party. Sunday morning we’ll enjoy brunch before departing for Annapolis where we’ll enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.  On Monday morning after breakfast the guide will take the guests to a local cooking school where they will be taught to cook like a local.  The rest of the day they will be free to explore Annapolis.   On Tuesday we will leave for Charlotte where we’ll begin the routine again and then we’re off to Jacksonville for dinner and a cooking class with a farewell party on Friday night.”
