( click to enlarge )E Commerce China Dangdang Inc (NYSE:DANG) broke above the key resistance zone at $5, signifying that a new short term uptrend is in place. Further rise is expected to $7.56 zone. Indicators are also showing signs of recovery. Near term support is now located at $4.98, as long as this level holds, I'd expect the uptrend to continue. Long-term investors may hold with a stop at $4.50. Let's keep an eye on her as i think momentum will pick up.

( click to enlarge )Today's Bounce pick BMTI moved up just over 6.6% on Thursday with steady accumulation. The stock currently has a low STO indicating a significantly oversold trading level. The STO is currently 24. The last time this occurred we witnessed the market valuation rally from 2.68 cents to well over 3.5 cents, gains of over 35%. With the spike in volume, and momentum surging, there is a high possibility that BMTI can appreciate even more in value during the coming days especially if resistance proves to be as light as indicators suggest. Honestly, I believe the stock is currently significantly undervalued trading well below its 50 and 200 day moving averages., without debt and with $2.46 cash per share. It can pop big time on any positive news. Today the stock was also upgraded by equities research analysts at Zacks Investment Research from a “neutral” rating to an “outperform” rating in a research note issued to investors on Thursday. So, stay tuned on this one...

(NASDAQ:SCEI) starts showing ‘buy' signals again.The stock closed above its 20-day moving average for the first time since August, which is a very bullish sign. Although the stock didn't perform well this year, we start to see now some signals of rebound as the technical chart shows positive momentum is back. I'd look to the $1.45 level moving as the next buy point. If it passes that, then we have room to run to next resistance at $2.47. Let’s keep an eye on SCEI.
