( click to enlarge )Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE:NEM) broke out to a new all-time high today, accompanied by a good volume suggesting higher levels.The stock has been in a nice uptrend for the last two months and it looks very strong with both 50 day and 200 day moving average going up while %K line is on top of %D line. NEM is now on the overbought level, so this means a possible correction is near. This may give us a chance to jump in on the stock when it moves lower. Watchout for support at $66, as long as the stock does not go below this level on its correction phase, we are still safe. NEM is a stock to keep an eye on for awhile.
( click to enlarge )Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NVTL) I like this stock for a long term hold. It's part of my portfolio and I intend to stay with it. Price could break $5 in six-months, if they can keep good press. The stock displayed some impressive relative strength on today's session. NVTL is still in bottoming mode it looks like. The technical indicators are looking better now for the stock. MACD is rising and the Chaikin Money Flow is positive showing money is flowing into NVTL. A reversal may be on the way.
( click to enlarge )FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) hit a new 52-week low of $6.82 today on low volume. I'm holding my shares for now, as the stock is now trading near cash levels. So any potential suitor now is looking seriously at them. Thus, there is low downside potential, high upside potential. They have now a market cap of under $350 Million with 325 Milion in cash and no debt. I know the market sometimes is bad but this is ridiculous.

The stock had a very productive day today as we saw gains of over 25%. GURE’s breaking news this morning grabbed the market's attention and the stock surged like a missile. The stock hit a high of $3.28, which is resistance for Wednesday’s move. If the stock can break through resistance, we should see a strong follow through move as there is a high short interest in the stock. Watch the stock closely tomorrow.
