( click to enlarge )Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULTA) is probably the best stock to own right now. The stock was one of the few stocks that closed positive on Friday as it ended the day up $8.69. The stock gained 14 percent finishing the day at $68.45.Today’s move could be the start of a bigger move, which is why I'm watching the stock on Monday. The technical chart shows very strong upward momentum as the stock is trading above the 200 day moving average with both 100 day and 200 day moving average going up. The new bullish trend on my daily chart looks good. My model is long. Key resistance is located at 68.80, a break above this level will confirm the bullish trend. Keep an eye on it.

( click to enlarge )FormFactor, Inc.(NASDAQ:FORM) has a price to free cash flow ratio of 1.2x based on a current price of $7.13 and a free cash flow per share of $6.38, paving the way for an opportunistic acquirer to pick up the company without having to shell out a ton of dough. Recent earnings were negative, however, revenues for the latest quarter were up 15% from in the first quarter of fiscal 2011. In addition, the company has no debt and is the best tech in its niche. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors. Honestly, i believe this stock is at bargain levels and is likely to gain momentum. They have over 50% market share in the advanced probe card market and still has room to grow. Cash is king so might make this company as possible takeover candidate. I keep my long position in the shares.
( click to enlarge )I mentioned a few times on twitter over the past days how GURE was looking bullish to me and nothing has occurred on the chart to sway my initial thoughts, in fact, I initiated a long position in the stock this week, when it crossed its 20-day moving average. Looking at the chart, the stock has been in a short-term uptrend, making higher highs and higher lows and it has been steadily finding support on pullbacks. Result of increasing price turn shows that MFI is increasing again. MACD Histogram is confirming an up trend. The resistance of up trend which will be considered next week is defined at $2.50. This stock can pop big time on any positive news. I keep my long position in it.
