NEW YORK, June 27 (Reuters) - TerreStar Networks Inc [TSTRT.UL] did not receive any competing bids for its assets Monday, clearing the way for Dish Network Corp to acquire the company for about $1.38 billion, according to sources with direct knowledge of the situation.
