(NASDAQ:NVTL) soared 6.42% or 34 cents to $5.64 per share, continuing to react to the news of BMO Capital that Novatel's (NVTL) MiFi has emerged as the preferred LTE device at Verizon (VZ).The firm thinks the Street is underestimating Novatel's positive catalysts in 2H11 and it maintains above-consensus estimates for the company as well as an Outperform rating. The technical daily chart shows the stock is in a rally as %K line is rising on top of %D line as the price is back above 50-day moving average. In addition, the short-term downtrend line has been broken. At this stage, we can expect to see higher prices in the weeks to come. Another bullish indicator is the MACD which has made a cross over and bullish momentum has returned to the stock. The stochastics have turned up and RSI is now back in a neutral position. All short-term indicators are in upward path. Next resistance can be found between $6.20 and $6.30.

( click to enlarge )FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) attempted to push higher today, slipped above $9, topped at $9.04 but closed at $8.80 on over 295.000 shares. Overall it was a disappointing trading session as the bulls failed to keep the stock above $9. Resistance stays at $9.05, which is a big area that the stock needs to break. The technical daily chart is showing a possible bottom here. In addition, %K line has just crossed on top over %D line showing buy signal as ROC is at oversold level. Watch FORM again on Friday, and once it breaks resistance we should see a strong upside move. You should keep this stock on your screen radar.
