Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CCE) today mailed notice regarding the proposed settlement of a series of class action lawsuits related to the transactions announced on February 25, 2010 between CCE and The Coca-Cola Company to the class members.
The class consists of all record and beneficial holders of legacy CCE common stock who held the stock at any time between February 25, 2010 and October 2, 2010, excluding Defendants and any entity controlled by a Defendant.
