Sokol knew of Lubrizol deal progress: filing

Lubrizol advisor Citigroup told Sokol on Dec. 17 that Lubrizol’s CEO would tell the board about Berkshire’s possible interest in acquiring the lubricant company, according to a new regulatory filing.
