( click to enlarge )Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) hit a new 52-week high today, trading as high as $89.25, before settling at a close of $89.17. I'll be watching the stock on Wednesday, looking for a follow through move. As long as the stock stay above $84.31, the bullish scenario still intact. Technical chart shows very strong bullish sign. First of all the stock is trading above both 50-day and 200-day moving average with both moving average pointing upwards. Then the MACD indicator is rising above "0" also indicating a buy. In addition, KD line still show the stock is on the positive swing.

We can see a fresh wave of uptrend if the stock manages to close above the levels of $2.53. Short Term traders can buy the stock above this level with a stoploss of $2.33 targets of 2.64-2.75. Medium term traders can buy the stock on close above $2.53 with targets of 3-3.12.

On the daily chart, the technical indicators show a continuation of the trend with MACD and RSI in the Bullish areas.
( click to enlarge )Shares of Harmony Gold Mining Co. Ltd. (HMY) closed the day gaining more than 3.52% to a new historic mark for stock at $14.72, near the highs of the day at $14.75. The stock has been on one of the most amazing runs of this month. On the daily chart, the stock is in a strong positive trend after it broke out from the key resistance level of $14.68 supported by trading above 20-day and 50-day EMA. At the present level the stock is incredibly extended. I'm bullish on HMY, but in situations like this, I prefer to wait for a pull back rather than chase the market. Stay tuned !!!
