Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG) swung to a fourth quarter loss of 19 cents per share compared with income of 2 cents per share in the year ago period but revenue topped estimates and the company reported positive net line additions for the first time in more than two years. The stock price climbed 76 cents to close at $4.57.
