Citigroup (NYSE:C) said on Monday that its third quarter operating profit hit $2.2 billion, or 7 cents a share, versus a $101 million operating profit, and a per share loss of 27 cents a year ago. Citi’s third quarter revenue was $20.7 billion, compared to $23.1 billion a year ago.
