Sept 1 (Reuters) - Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc , Canada's largest convenience store chain, sweetened its tender offer for U.S. convenience store chain Casey's General Stores for a second time on Wednesday, raising the offer to $2 billion, or $38.50 a share.
