Focused Image, Inc., a marketing, advertising and public relations agency based in northern Virginia, announced today the hire of Jaclyn Mullahy as account executive.
Mullahy was previously an account coordinator with GMR Marketing LLC in Milwaukee, Wis., where she worked on accounts for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. (NSD:DRYR), Gatorade (subsidiary of PepsiCo.), J.C. Penney (NYSE:JCP), Kimberly-Clark (NYSE:KMB) and Kohl’s (NYSE:KSS).
“Jaclyn’s experience in account management working with major consumer accounts and Fortune 500 organizations is an asset to our client services team,” said Toby Eckhardt, president and chief creative officer of Focused Image. Last October, the agency was selected as advertising AOR for The Century Council to provide support to its national anti-drinking programs targeting the youth market.
In her role at GMR, Mullahy supported the management and implementation of major product campaigns, including the launches of Häagen-Dazs® Light and Edy’s Dibs®ice creams, online marketing promotions for Cottonelle® and a national road tour for Fiskars® gardening tools.
Prior to her work with GMR, she was a marketing communications assistant with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
A native of Milwaukee, Wis., Mullahy began her advertising and marketing career at the Milwaukee Children’s Hospital and Health System as an intern supporting event planning for major annual development activities.
She received a B.A. from Marquette University in communications with a minor in public relations.
