(NYSE:BKI) today announced that it intends to call for redemption $5 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 9 ΒΌ% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 (the β2008 Notesβ), or about 8% of the outstanding 2008 Notes, on or about March 30, 2006, in accordance with their terms. A formal notice of redemption will be sent separately to the affected holders of the 2008 Notes, in accordance with the terms of the indenture for the 2008 Notes.
