Think Tacos Aren’t Breakfast Fare?

Well, just when you thought tacos were not made for breakfast, you need to think again! Pancake tacos are a fabulous way to eat a nutritious and innovative breakfast. Taco History 101

The taco has been available in America since the early 1900s. It is believed railroad workers from Mexico first brought food to the U.S. while working as migrants.   • 1 Dozen Pancakes
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Diced Strawberries
  • 1 sliced Banana
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Protein Granola

Directions

  1. Heat pancakes on a GoodCook Double Griddle until warm. Remove from heat.

  2. Place a spoonful of yogurt across the center of the pancake, starting from one to the other.

  3. Top with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
