Everyone including families with children looking for a day of fun, community building and music will all be attending the Music as Medicine Festival on Saturday April 6, 2024 from 11 am to 4 pm. The festival will offer interactive workshops and presentations exploring the therapeutic benefits of music, led by experts in the field of music therapy and holistic wellness. During the day there will be a "Kids Zone" where kids ages 4 and up can get their faces painted, sing along with a singing story time and even help create a community mural.

At 5 pm the excitement heads into the Odell Johnson Theater for a concert honoring the Living Legacy Award winners and featuring an eclectic lineup of musicians and artists from various genres, including sacred world music, spoken word, jazz and dance!
