Alpha II, LLC (“Alpha II” or “the Company”), a leading provider of revenue cycle management (“RCM”) technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Womack as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Ashley has been an integral part of Alpha II since joining in September 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. During her time, she has optimized financial operations and spearheaded a number of strategic initiatives that have contributed to the Company’s growth and success.

In support of this continued evolution, Ashley has played a pivotal role in the seamless integration of RCxRules following Alpha II’s recent acquisition of the business. An innovator in healthcare revenue cycle automation, RCxRules’ workflow automation solutions have further enhanced Alpha II’s offerings and positioned the Company for continued product expansion in support of evolving client needs.

With more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through periods of transformation, Ashley is well-equipped to propel Alpha II into its next phase of growth.

Prior to Alpha II, Ashley served as the CFO of Abrigo, a provider of software solutions to financial institutions. Before that, she spent over a decade at Alvarez & Marsal in the Private Equity and Performance Improvement division, where she specialized in finance leadership roles. Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in finance & marketing from New York University.
