Technical Safety Services (“TSS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), announced that it has recently completed four strategic acquisitions, each of which further enhances the Company’s suite of regulatory testing and certification services for controlled environments within mission-critical biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare settings.

The acquisitions include the following:

• Northeast Medical Consulting, an Ohio-based provider of medical gas testing and consulting services.
• AIRTEST, a New Hampshire-based provider of testing and certification of cleanrooms and other contamination control technologies.
• Cornerstone Commissioning, a Massachusetts-based provider of commissioning, qualification, and validation engineering services.
• Quality Systems Integration, a Massachusetts-based provider of testing and certification services in controlled biotechnology and pharmaceutical environments.
