Navy Federal Credit Union announced today the recipients of its ROTC All-American Scholarship Program. The program honors the best and brightest ROTC seniors across the nation. Launched in 2018, the recipients are chosen by a panel of judges based on the pillars of the ROTC program: Leadership, Military Excellence, Scholarship and Service.

In its first year, the program highlighted outstanding senior ROTC students from 10 universities. In 2021, the program expanded to 500 universities from across the nation. Since launching the program, Navy Federal has donated over $250,000 to ROTC All-Americans via its scholarship program and has seen over 10,000 ROTC student submissions.
From the collective group of nominees, Navy Federal selects 15 to become ROTC All-American Scholarship recipients. Out of the 15 finalists, the top Air Force, Army and Navy/Marine students are selected and honored as the three ROTC All-American Scholarship Program Students of the Year. This year’s recipients are:

- Richard Carter, Texas A&M Air Force
- Graham Stewart, Utah Air Force
- Michael Hollingsworth, Embry-Riddle Air Force
- Sherri Carr, North Carolina State Air Force
- Travis Wright, University of Massachusetts Amherst Army (Student of the Year)
- Timothy Mitroka, Loyola-Maryland Army
- John Zaehringer, Dayton Army
- Robert Leicht, Kansas State Army
- Andrew Betson, Washington University School of Law Army
- Cameron Slappe, The Citadel Navy (Student of the Year)
- Joseph London, Vanderbilt Navy
- Mackenzie Gage, Florida Navy
- DoYoung Lee, Auburn Navy
- Matthew Johnson, Marquette Navy
