Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 17, 2006, the registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors
declared a cash dividend of 9 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on April 14, 2006 to
shareholders of record on April 3, 2006.
On March 16, 2006, the registrant issued a press release announcing that CFBank, a wholly owned
subsidiary of the registrant, is participating with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati in the
“New Neighbors” program, offering $20,000 grants to Hurricane Katrina victims seeking to purchase
homes in Ohio.
