Effective November 1, 2006, John W. Griffin, M.D. resigned from the Board of Directors of CepTor Corporation (the ‘‘Company’’). Dr. Griffin’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
