On
October 18, 2007, Sidney Harman, Executive Chairman of the Company,
informed the Board of Directors that he will forgo the title Executive
Chairman effective as of the 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders,
which will be held on December 17, 2007, but he will continue as
the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
