ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On November 17, 2005, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing the completion of a $211.5 million mortgage loan and the pay-off of approximately $216.2
million of its existing debt.
