On October 11, 2011, PowerSecure International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it received $15 million of new business awards, including $9 million of orders for Interactive Distributed Generation® (IDG®) smart grid power systems, and $6 million of orders for utility infrastructure projects.
