On April 28, 2011, Ingram Micro Inc. (“Ingram Micro”) issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the fiscal quarter ended April 2, 2011. A copy of the press release and the
related financial schedules are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the text of which is incorporated
