SunGard Data Systems Inc. (“SunGard”) is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of SunGard
Capital Corp II, which is a subsidiary of SunGard Capital Corp. On October 28, 2010, SunGard
issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information in this
