On April 28, 2010, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SAP”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing SAP’s preliminary financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
