Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
SunGard Data Systems Inc. (“SunGard”) is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of SunGard
Capital Corp II which is a subsidiary of SunGard Capital Corp. On November 5, 2009, SunGard issued
a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information in this
