Computer Associates Savings Harvest Plan (the “Plan”) is filing this Form, pursuant to Rule 12b-25, for an extension of the deadline of September 26, 2005 for the filing of its Annual Report of the Plan on Form 11-K. The Plan is filing for this extension because it was unable to complete its review of the financial statements of the Plan by the deadline due to certain disclosure requirements relating to those financial statements that were identified shortly before the filing deadline and that required further detailed breakout of a financial statement line item.
